In Papadakis – Paschalidou Foreign Language Center, we are a group of teachers and educators with a common vision, concerns, aims and real love for children. Based on the traditional learning model, recognizing the need for renewal of the traditional model and adapting ourselves to the demands of the 21st century, we are in constant training and education in order to further develop our teaching methodology and technique so that we respond correctly to the new demands. In previous times, educators knew that the knowledge and the skills they had aquired were useful and adequate for their students’ whole life. Today, training and education must prepare the students for very rapid changes with flexibility and adaptibility. Consequently, lifelong training and learning is today more necessary than ever, with the primary purpose to encourage students.
